Shipping Policy

1 - Delivery Zones

We currently deliver to France and Europe. If your delivery address is outside these areas, please contact us at contact@khimie.com to check the possibility of delivery.

2 - Delivery times

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days after receipt of payment. Delivery times may vary depending on destination.

3 - Delivery costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination. They will be clearly indicated when placing your order before confirming the purchase.

4 - Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery.

5 - Express Delivery

We offer an express delivery service for customers who wish to receive their order faster. This service is available at an additional cost and can be selected when placing your order.

6 - Delivery Delays and Problems

If you have not received your order within the estimated time, please contact us at contact@khimie.com with your order number. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

1 - Return conditions

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging intact.

2 - Return procedure

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@khimie.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will then send you return instructions.

3 - Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective item). In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.

4 - Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

5 - Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for another, please follow the returns procedure to return the original item. You can then place a new order for the desired item.

6 - Items not eligible for return

Certain categories of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift Cards
